Miko (unknown – 1754) was a member of the English Brotherhood of Assassins, and the holder of the Grand Temple Key.

Miko first encountered the Templar Haytham Kenway in Corsica during 1753, while on assignment to guard the code-breaker Lucio. Haytham took Lucio and the Assassin's Hidden Blade from Miko, after Miko disarmed Haytham and lost Haytham's heirloom sword.[1]

The Templar and the Assassin parted ways there, but it would not be the last time they met. Although Haytham spared Miko's life, he had promised that on the next time they met, one of them would kill the other.[1]

Keeping true to his word, Miko was assassinated by Haytham with the same Hidden Blade while attending a performance of The Beggar's Opera in the Theatre Royal for the Grand Temple Key.[2]
