The Mercury Temple was a former Roman temple dedicated to Mars, the Roman god of war. It was located in northeast of East Anglia, England.

During the 870s, the now sunken temple was explored by the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir, who recovered a Roman artifact within the submerged ruins.[1]
