Margherita dei Campi was a countess of Rome during the Renaissance.[1]
In January 1500, the Assassin Niccolò Machiavelli brought Ezio Auditore da Firenze in her house. Margherita took care of Ezio, and when he regained consciousness, she pointed Ezio to his new robes given by Machiavelli, and said that he was to meet Machiavelli in front of the Mausoleo di Augusto.[2]
