The Ludgate Hill brothel was one of Olwyn Owers' brothels located in City of London, London, during the Victorian era.[1]
One of the most successful establishments Lady O owned, she entertained elite Londoners there, offering them women and a nice place to discuss shady businesses and political affairs. The thugs Lady O employed kept her prostitutes compliant and willing to spy on their clients.[1]
