The Templar Order of New Orleans was a sub-branch of the Templar Order that was led by Master Templar Madeleine de L'Isle from 1764 to 1777, subsidiary of the British Rite until 1754 and then the Colonial Rite. One of their major goals was to excavate Chichen Itza to find the Prophecy Disk. They used the Saint Louis Cathedral as a meeting place.[1]
