The Lion's Mane was a legendary hunter bow allegedly forged by Vulcan, the god of fire, metalworking and forge in Roman mythology. When wielded, it was said to display the god's mastery of metalsmithing.
During the 1st century BCE, the bow was obtained by the Medjay Bayek of Siwa.[1]
