The Sphinx Lair was the ruins of an Isu site in Boeotia, Greece which housed the Sphinx, a hybrid creature created by the Isu's Olympos Project.
During the Peloponnesian War, the site was visited by the Spartan misthios Kassandra, who was pursuing one of the artifacts needed to seal Atlantis.[1] There, Kassandra defeated the sphinx by answering its riddles correctly. She then claimed the artifact masquerading as one of the Sphinx's feathers.[2]
