Kublai Khan was the grandson of Genghis Khan, whom Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad suspected possessed a Piece of Eden.
The only time he is mentioned is in Domenico Auditore's biography, where it is stated that Marco Polo met him while visiting the Court of Genghis Khan, where he retrieved Altaïr's Codex. It is unknown whether he was a templar , an assassin or unaligned.
