Behind the scenes

A Kora sword is a sword originating and used in Napal and North India, mainly for both fighting and sacrificial processes, as referenced by the Kora Sword's description in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey. They are commonly associated with the kukri, also originating from the same region. However, the model used for the Kora Sword in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey is actually the recycled model of the Iron Shotel, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins, which in turn is closer to a Mongelima mambele than a shotel.
