Konstantin Eduardovich Tsiolkovsky (17 September 1857 – 19 September 1935) was a Russian scientist in service to both the autocratic Tsars and their Soviet successors. At one point, he wrote a book entitled The Will of the Universe, a copy of which resided in the Mentor's Dubai facility.
Trivia
- Tsiolkovsky's famous quote that "mankind cannot stay in the cradle forever" appeared in Daniel Cross' vision in 1998.
