Kaori is a Japanese name derived from 香 (kaori) 'fragrance', and alternately 香 (ka) combined with 織 (ori) 'weaving'. Kagami is derived from 鏡 (kagami) 'mirror', alternatively combining 影 (kaga) 'shadow' and 見 (mi) 'seeing'.
