Julian the Apostate (Latin: Flavius Claudius Iulianus Augustus; Greek: Ίουλιανός; 331 – 363) was Roman Emperor from 361 to 363. He is known for being the last pagan Roman Emperor.
During his stay in the Roman capital of Constantinople, he built a harbor that was later named after him.[1]
