Jean-François Brunet is an Abstergo Entertainment employee, working at their offices in Montreal.

Throughout 2014, Brunet sequenced the memories of Robert de Sablé, Haytham Kenway, Jacques de Molay's advisor, Rodrigo Borgia, Cesare Borgia and Laureano de Torres y Ayala. On 7 July, Melanie Lemay sent Brunet a message regarding his work with the advisor's memories and how she would use his research to construct a Helix episode about it.
