Jailbird is a memory in Assassin's Creed II.
Description
When Ezio returns to the Palazzo Auditore after running some errands, he finds that the Palazzo is empty. He is then attacked by Annetta, who thinks he is a guard. Annetta, Maria and Claudia tell him that Giovanni, Federico and Petruccio had been arrested, and that Giovanni had been imprisoned at the Palazzo della Signoria. Ezio makes his way there, climbing up the Palazzo and avoiding the guards until he finds his father locked in a cell near the top of the tower. Giovanni says that he had known what would happen, but had not expected it to occur as it did, nor so quickly. He tells Ezio of a chest inside a hidden room of his office, and instructs him to empty it, and deliver the letter within it to Uberto Alberti.
Outcome
Ezio finds out that his father and brothers have been taken away and await execution, and sets off to find the hidden door in his father's office.
