Jacques de Flesselles (11 November 1730 – 14 July 1789) was a French public servant and an early victim of the French Revolution.

In April 1789, Flesselles became the last provost of the merchants of Paris, a position roughly equivalent to mayor. On the day of the storming of the Bastille, he was murdered on the steps of the Hôtel de Ville. His head was then hacked off and paraded through Paris.
