Jack's lieutenants was a collective term for the leaders of different gangs of London in 1888, working under Jack the Ripper.
In November 1888, Arthur Weaversbrook asked the Assassin Evie Frye to deal with groups of them, in Whitechapel and City of London and the Assassin did so.
