Hyperbios Camp was a small military camp west of the Akrokorinth in Korinthia, Greece.

During the Peloponnesian War the camp was visited by the misthios Kassandra, who eliminated the guards and claimed their valuables.[1]

Trivia

  • Hyperbios was the name of various individuals in Greek mythology. The name in Greek (Ὑπέρβιος) means "of overwhelming strength".
    • One of those individuals is said to have been a Korinthian and purported as the inventor of the potter's wheel.
