The Huldufolk Blade was a seax used in the 9th century by those warriors who preferred a more stealth-based approach.
During the Viking expansion into England, the short blade was made available to the shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories.[1]
