Honoré was a monk who lived in 19th century Paris, France. During the French Revolution, his growing obsession with Nostradamus' prophecies led him to kill three of his own brethren, poisoning two of them with the monastary's wine supply and strangling the third who had served it to the ill-fated pair. When the French Assassin Arno Dorian investigated the mysterious murders on behalf of the police chief Charles Cochon de Lapparent, Honoré was unrepentant and firmly believed he had done no wrong since the deaths were preordained.[1]
