Alrek was a Norse Viking from the Wolf Clan and brother to Kjotve the Cruel. He married Thora, sister of the berserkr Kiarr Rawbone.
Biography
In the 9th century, during Alrek's marriage to Thora, he would abuse her. U pon discovering this, Kiarr invited Alrek to a hunting trip and, once there, Kiarr killed and dismembered him. Afterwards, Kiarr presented Kjotve with Alrek's severed arm and fled the region, presumably with his sister in tow.[1]
