Half Horn (died 48 BCE) was a Phylakitai who patrolled the Im-Khent Nome, with orders to hunt the the Medjay, Bayek.

The Phylakitai was eliminated by Bayek in 48 BCE, who then claimed his signature bow and an ornamented key.
