Saint Guthlac of Crowland (674 – 715) was a Christian saint from Lincolnshire who was venerated in the Fens of East Anglia.

Saint Guthlac's Point, a military fort on the eastern coast of Lincolnshire, was named after him.[1] Saint Guthlac was also worshipped in Grantebridgescire southwest of Earnningstone, where a cult was formed in dedication to him. During her travels in Grantedbridgescire, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir aided one of the priests in carrying a cargo of apples back to their hamlet.[2]
