Gonzalo Guerrero (c. 1470 – 13 August 1536) was a Spanish sailor and later Maya lord.

In 1511, Guerrero was shipwrecked and stranded on the Yucatán Peninsula. Meeting fellow explorer Gerónimo de Aguilar, he became a part of the society of the Chetumal Mayans. When Hernán Cortés and his men arrived in Mexico in 1520, they were led to the Mayans by the slave Malinalli, and met Guerrero and Aguilar.
