Geoffroi de Charney (c. 1300? – 19 September 1356) was a French knight who owned The Shroud until it was stolen from him by the Assassins.

He is not the same person as the Geoffroi de Charney who was commander of the Templars in Normandy until he, along with the Templar's Grand Master, Jacques de Molay, were burned at the stake in Paris in 1314.
