Franklin Greear was an arms dealer in New York City during the mid-18th century.

At some point during the French and Indian War, the Colonial Assassins paid Greear for a shipment of weapons, but Greear repeatedly refused to deliver them. The Brotherhood sent agents to kill him, but he was protected by the Assassin-turned-Templar Shay Cormac.
