I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name? This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given. |
An unidentified, young Florentine man (f. 1524) was the last person to speak with Ezio Auditore da Firenze.
History
On November 30th, 1524, the young man crossed paths with Ezio who was out in Florence shopping with his family. Sitting down beside Ezio he complained about the city and its women for which he was berated. Seeing Ezio suddenly in physical distress, the young man espoused courage before leaving.[1]
Legacy
- "Was he killed? Or was it a heart attack. Dammit, I just can't tell.
Look, I saw the official statement. They're claiming it was a heart attack. So that's that.
But you saw the guy’s wrist, didn't you? There was a cross! Don't tell me that's just a coincidence.
Officially, yes. It's a coincidence. End of story.
Officially... Merde. And what about "Unofficially".
Unofficially... I don't know. I want to believe the best, but I always fear the worst. Now stop sticking your nose where it doesn't belong." - ―Two Abstergo Entertainment employees, c. 2013[src]-[m]
In 2013, an Abstergo Entertainment employee who worked on the Sample 17 Project theorized the young man might have played a role in Ezio's death, possibly even being a Templar.[2]
