Far From the Tree is a memory in the Battle of Forlì DLC pack for Assassin's Creed II.
Description
After Ezio was stabbed by Checco Orsi, the Apple was stolen by a mysterious monk with a missing finger, he traveled to an abbey in the wetlands to see if he could find out who stole the Apple. At the abbey he saved Darby O’Callahan, who told Ezio that he should travel to the Abbazia di San Mercuriale. Ezio then had to capture a fleeing monk after the monks ran away when one of them exclaimed that Ezio was a monk-killer because of his assassination of the Pazzi conspirator Stefano da Bagnone. The monk then tells Ezio who the mysterious monk is.
Outcome
Ezio learns that the monk who stole the Apple was Girolamo Savonarola, who was to become the leader of Florence.
