Exoskelos

The Exoskelos was a pair of greaves that were part of a set of armor worn by the Myrmidons, an ancient nation in Greek mythology.

The greaves were made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra through an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories in 2018.[1]

Description
Even those with the best defensive equipment must be on the alert for a blow to their weak spots.

Behind the scenes[edit | edit source]

The name of the greaves is an almost perfect Greek form of the word "exoskeleton", which is derived from έξω (éxō) meaning "outer" and σκελετός (skeletós) meaning "skeleton", and refers to the chitinous shell that provides shape and protection to insects and crustaceans.
