Eudemus was a general who served under Alexander the Great during the 4th century BCE. In 326 BCE, he was appointed as the commander of Alexander's troops in India.
Between 321 BCE and 315 BCE, Eudemus assassinated Porus, an Indian king who was appointed as one of Alexander's satraps following the Battle of the Hydaspes.[1]
