In 431 BCE, the residence was under the ownership of a landlord who was associated with Dolops, a farmer and the son of Chrysis. After suspecting the landlord sent his men to eliminate him, Dolops requested the Spartan misthios Kassandra to investigate and deduce the perpetrator.
