History
According to legends, Isis, the mother of all Egyptian Gods, owned the Ankh and used it to protect the kings of Egypt from harm. After some time, Osiris, Isis' lover, passed away. Isis then used the Ankh to revive him for one night, and during this night, Horus was born. After that, the Ankh was left in a pyramid for 200 years, until it was taken away by Roman plunderers.
