Den Defense was the name given to the defending of an Assassin Den against a Templar assault. Occasionaly, the Byzantine Templar soldiers would launch an attack against an Assassin Den, aiming to conquer the Assassin controlled area.
Defending a den involved keeping morale high. Ezio could then place Assassins on rooftops, or have them set up barricades in the streets.
