Darius (Persian:داریوش) was a male Persian Assassin living during the reign of King Xerxes of Persia.

Darius was a member of the Persian Assassins' Guild. In 465 BC, he successfully assassinated Xerxes I with a newly invented hidden blade.

Darius was the first known user of the hidden blade.
Darius had all ten fingers, as seen on the picture on the right. Whether this is artistic license or oversight is unknown.
Unlike most other Assassins, Darius had his hidden blade on his right arm.
His body lies within the catacombs of the Santa Maria Novella.
In real life, Darius the Great was was the fourth king of kings in the Achaemenid Empire, his son, Xerxes I, became his successor after Darius's death.
