The Crystal of Thoth was a Crystal prism found by Bayek under the Tree of Life in the Temple of Thoth in Arsinoe during his investigation into the Shards of a Star legend. By returning it to the top of the obelisk on the temple he revealed a secret room containing the Blades of Thoth.
