Crocodiles are aquatic reptilians related to alligators that live throughout the tropics in Africa, Asia, North and South America, and Australia.
During his time in the West Indies, Edward Kenway hunted crocodiles in order to use their skin for crafting armor upgrades, or to sell at a general store. Crocodiles could be found in Nassau, Charles-Towne, and Isla Providencia, among other islands. When confronted by guards in places where crocodiles lived, it was possible for any crocodiles that swam near the guards to devour them.
