The Crafted Bear Fur Armor was a breastplate worn in Greece during the 5th century BCE.
Made by a Mytilenean merchant, he rewarded the Spartan misthios Kassandra with one of the breastplates in return for providing the Chiot bear skins for crafting.[1]
