At the end of [[Ezio]]'s epic journey, the '''confrontation in Rome''' is the Assassin's journey to the [[Capella Sistina]] to assassinate the leader of the Italian [[Templars]], [[Rodrigo Borgia]], currently known as Pope Alexander VI. Ezio went out on this mission to stop the reign of the Templars over Italy and to secure a known [[Piece of Eden]], the Papal Staff. As the Prophet, Ezio needed the staff in conjuntion with the Apple of Eden to fufill the phophecies of his coming.

At the end of Ezio's epic journey, the confrontation in Rome is the Assassin's journey to the Capella Sistina to assassinate the leader of the Italian Templars, Rodrigo Borgia, currently known as Pope Alexander VI.
