The Comte de Gambais(unknown – 1792) was a French aristocrat, who as a royalist acted as a spy for the Austrian monarchy during the French Revolution. At the head of a spy organization in Paris, De Gambais provided informations to the austrian forces in order to defeat the revolutionary forces and restore the French monarchy. In 1792, helping Georges Danton, Arno Dorian and other Assassins destroyed de Gambais' organization by killing him and his accomplices, ensuring that France would not be invaded by foreign troups.
