The Claws of the Sea Dog were a pair of bracers which were part of a set of armor. Inspired by and dedicated to the sharks that haunted the Aegean Sea, the leather bracer was adorned with the teeth of the beasts, useful for both blocking blows as well as causing damage, while the metal bracer was shaped like the head of one of the deep sea predators.

The bracers were made available to the Spartan misthios Kassandra via an Animus modification by Layla Hassan, an Assassin who relived her memories in 2018.[1]
