The Champion's Spear was a spear given to the champion and winner of the Battle of One Hundred Hands, a tournament organized by Drakios in conjunction with the Cult of Kosmos.
During the Peloponnesian War, the spear, along with myriad other weapons, was won by the Spartan misthios Kassandra.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Champion's Spear, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Reinforced Javelin, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of the Serpent of Serapis, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
