The Admiral's Helmet

The Admiral's Helmet was a helmet commonly worn by admirals in the 5th century BCE Greece.

In 429 BCE, the Spartan misthios Kassandra was given the helmet in recognition of her help against Paros Island, and for defeating Silanos, the oligarch of Paros, who was also a member of the Peloponnesian League branch of the Cult of Kosmos.[1]
