The Admiral's Helmet was a helmet commonly worn by admirals in ancient Greece during the 5th century BCE.
In 429 BCEm the Spartan misthios Kassandra acquired the helmet after helping her mother Myrrine defend Naxos against Paros Island, and defeat Silanos of the Cult of Kosmos.[1]
