The British Army was the land warfare branch of the Monarch of Great Britain's Armed Forces in the United Kingdom. It was formed in 1707 with the Act of Union.
They fought against the Continental Army during the American Revolution, and are so far expected to be Connor's main enemies in the upcoming game Assassin's Creed lll. Furthermore these men will most lkely take the place as Guards for many of the cities in Assassin's Creed lll including Boston , and the Frontier.
