The Brerdinges Roman Ruins were Roman ruins in northeastern region of the Isle of Wight, in southern Hamtunscire, England.
History
In the 870s, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan traveled to Brerdinges Roman Ruins, as it was overrun by bandits. However, Eivor bypassed the bandits and headed towards the underwater ruins. Diving in, Eivor explored the area and swam further below, only to find a chest Looting it, Eivor opened it and acquired the bow, the Death-Skald.[1]
