Ezio, my friend! How may I be of service?

This article is in desperate need of a revamp. Please improve it in any way necessary in order for it to achieve a higher standard of quality in accordance with our Manual of Style.

Ezio Auditore escaping a Borgia Tower after igniting it.

Borgia Towers are structures within Rome where the Borgia stations Captains to maintain control of Rome. To assist in the liberation of Rome from the Borgia, Ezio Auditore killed each tower's Captain and then torched the Tower itself as a demonstration of the Borgia's humiliation.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood

To deny the Borgia supreme control over the entire city, Ezio Auditore must kill the Borgia Captain assigned to each tower, and then burn down the tower itself before performing a leap of faith to escape the flaming wreck. When facing a Borgia Captain, he may either flee towards the tower, or face Ezio in combat. If a Captain is allowed to flee to the tower, Ezio must wait until the Captain regroups with his soldiers at the next guard shift before he can strike again. The towers also function as view points for the surrounding area.

Once Ezio has destroyed a Borgia tower, it will function as an Assassin Tower, allowing Ezio to manage his guild at that location. Also, for each tower destroyed, Ezio is able to recruit one more potential Assassin into the guild. After a Borgia tower is destroyed, the district around it will appear much more livelier: crime will decrease, as bandits will start to leave and the number of guards in that area will decrease; citizens will have a more prominent presence in that specific area; shops in that area can now be renovated; and landmarks in that area will also become purchasable.[1][2]
