A blimp is a non-rigid airship that is used for observation and surveillance. The German army used blimps during the occupation of Paris in World War II.
Trivia
- The blimps are modeled after the French Zodiac MBZ-3 which were also used by the German forces.
- Blimps do not have an internal structural framework or a keel, unlike e.g. Zeppelins.
