Sometime during the 19th century, Benjamin Raffles worked as Starrick's henchman and lead his security, murdering people who crossed him.
In 1868, Raffles became a target of Maxwell Roth, Starrick's associate who formed a partnership with the Assassin Jacob Frye. Raffles was abducted by Jacob in St James' Park and delivered to Roth, though what happened to him afterwards is unknown.
