Achilles' Spear was a legendary spear which had allegedly belonged to Achilles, a Greek hero of the Trojan War and the central character of Homer's Iliad.
During the Peloponnesian War, the spear was stored in a chest in a military stronghold in Makedonia. The Spartan misthios Kassandra infiltrated the fort and claimed the spear for herself.[1]

Behind the scenes
Achilles' Spear is a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey which shares the same model as the Cursed Spear of Achilles, another weapon in the game's The Fate of Atlantis: Torment of Hades DLC. The model of Achilles' Spear was also used as the basis for the design of the Myrmidon Spear, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Rebellion.
