I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name? This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given. |
The battle for the Silver Islands was an engagement during the Peloponnesian War, fought between Athens and Spartan-backed Delosian and Mykonian rebels in the 420s BCE.
During the battle, the Athenian forces led by Diokles, the brother of the so-called "King of the Silver Islands" Podarkes, were defeated by Thaletas' Spartan forces, who had been aided by the misthios Kassandra.[1]
