Battista Borgia (unknown - 1500) was the third cousin of Cesare Borgia and captain of a Borgia Tower located near Caserma di Alviano in the Campagna district within Rome. He was quick to run off from any sight of danger to inform the other guards.

In 1500, the Borgia attacked the Casa di Alviano. Bartolomeo d'Alviano and his men faced the Borgia guards; Battista himself fled the field but was pursued by Ezio Auditore da Firenze, who killed Battista before he could take refuge in his tower.
